Day Three of Big Move

Tim and I are in Ashland, Oregon again, where we landed in time for the "Alias" season finale. As I noted, the 2 1/2 days in San Francisco were busy, but fun. I was sad when we left the Bay area this morning. We completed loading the truck, then it was time to say goodbye for now to BlueDevilSF (Tim) and BearBrat (Tom).

BarakSF (Tim), Tim and Tom have been good supportive friends to each other and I really enjoy knowing the Furry Mouseketeers. I consider them my friends too. It was just sad because it made Tim's leaving the Bay area official.

It's on to Seattle tomorrow. We'll be packing and loading my belongings on Monday night and Tuesday. I hope to get it all organized in time to make Bearaoke Tuesday night. Tim and I have made the correct decisions to move, but saying goodbyes are always tough.

Saying goodbyes are indeed tough

I've been there, twice in my adult life, the first was when I moved to Medford Or in the mid 90's to take a job down there, only to move back 2 months later. The latest was in 2002 when I moved to LA. It was strange to be out and about Seattle, knowing I might not see it for a while. But, I moved back to the PS area 6 months later.

Moving, saying goodbye is never easy, but it gets easier the more you do it is my thinking. Glad you two made it to Ashland safely.
