"Evita" National Tour Itinerary Changes
Mar. 29th, 2005 11:02 pmWe just got a new itinerary this evening. It is changing quite a bit from what I posted a few months ago. Several cities have disappeared or moved dates; a couple have added weeks. There are still open weeks which could be filled in the near future.
Some of the changes affect my friends and family. The following cities have currently been dropped from our schedule; they could reappear... or not. A couple of the dropped cities were tenative as it was. Gone are: Des Moines (no road trip for now, guys); Cleveland (my relatives in Erie won't be able to see "Evita"); El Paso, Ottawa, Flint/South Bend (a split week) and Las Vegas.
Additions include: a sixth week in Toronto (instead of DC); second weeks in Cincinnati and Houston and a week in Providence. There is a strong rumor that the tour won't end in January, but continue on for a couple of months into 2006. It's all speculation right now, but I do want to keep friends informed as much as possible.
My wish list still has several cities on it. I REALLY, REALLY want to play Minneapolis, Dallas, Orlando, Seattle, Portland, OR, Vancouver, BC, Columbus, Ohio and New Orleans. I'm putting it out in the air!!!! You hear me? I want to play these cities!!! :) Oh yes, a nice 12-week run in New York as a revival would be appreciated too....LOL!
