Leaving my heart in San Francisco
Sep. 10th, 2004 10:39 pmI'm not going to make this a long post. Just let me say that the past of couple of days have been spent with the nicest, most genuine group of men I've met in a long time. Thank you Live Journal!
I've been to Golden Gate Park, out for dinner, to Muir Woods and Stimson Beach and many more activities in the past two days, individually or in a group, with the cuddly Techwizsfo; handsome and classy Excessor and Dr_Scott (the adjectives apply to both!); the musically talented and fun fuzzygruf and doubleohsteven (hope I got that right:), the charming and warm-hearted Handlebear and the sweetheart of a hurricane known as lowfatmuffin.
Thanks Richard, Paul, Curtis, Gary, Steven, Cameron and Bob for making a special effort to spend time with this unexpected visitor! To the two Tims, gotmoof and bluedevilsf, even though you're back in the midwest, you were very much a part of the festivities as you live on in the hearts, minds and stories of your SF friends and me:)
To my pleasant surprise, I ran into BearBrat at Safeway tonight and got a big hug from Tommy! I'll get to meet Tom's friend Ivan tomorrow along with several other LJers at the picnic. What a wonderful time I've had! I'm definitely leaving a part of my heart here once again in San Francisco!
