Everything's Ducky!

Thanks to musicbearmn for his thoughtfulness! I really appreciate my birthday gift, though this little guy followed me around the country for awhile. Dan sent a beautifully wrapped package in March from Marshall Fields in Minneapolis to our tour address in Maryland . The company wouldn't forward the box (too large) to me, so I agreed to pay for it to be shipped to San Francisco. Though the office sent it by Priority Mail, it took over two weeks to arrive at my hotel, unfortunately getting there two days after our run of "Evita" had ended and I had flown home to Texas.

Thanks to the manager of the Grosvenor Suites in SF, who paid to have it forwarded to me via express service, the package finally caught up to me on April 14. Duckworth, as I've named him, now resides in a small town in Texas! I took this self-portrait of my new friend and me in my living room at home. Again, thanks Dan!! I really appreciate that you took time to celebrate my special day. Big Hugs!!
