Ashland, Oregon
May. 19th, 2004 11:41 pmTim and I arrived safely in Ashland, Oregon about 8 1/2 hours after we left Seattle. It was a fun drive, nice easy conversation and reminiscing about our many road trips. Tim was right about two items we were debating (It brings him such joy). So - I have to say, "No one has ever been more right or will ever be more right than BarakSF!" At least till tomorrow... LOL!
Once in the hotel, I tried to follow some of the fitness regimen I've done over the past three months...swam laps, did jumping jacks and crunches. Not enough cardio, but I was good with my eating. Hopefully, they'll be no lapses. I'm liking the updated me too much to lose ground. Anyway, trying's half the battle:)
Tomorrow we head to SF where we will spend three days. The agenda includes loading my truck with Tim's belongings, visiting with friends who are in SF with the National Tour of HAIRSPRAY and seeing our dear friend John (known to many as Basso Bear) in concert Saturday night. Tim's agenda includes more goodbyes and a date or two:)
Sunday, we hit the road, towing his car to Seattle. I'll report more then... Thanks to our well-wishers!
