Pictures for Teaching My Heart
Jan. 1st, 2005 12:19 amAlong with my post "Teaching my Heart", I've asked Tim (
gotmoof) to share pictures of how different this tour can be in just one week in an accompanying post. The following pictures were taken from the morning of December 27 in Schenectady, NY to sunset here in Sarasota, Florida last night. It's been seven degrees to 77 degrees, snow storms to sunshine in just five days.
I'll be celebrating quietly tonight. We have a 9pm show and finish at 11:20pm, but the cast is not invited to the Van Wezel Theater's New Years Gala. Instead, we're going to make our own celebration pool side here at the hotel. I resolve to share the festivities with my co-workers instead of isolating myself in my room.
You may not be close by, but know that you will be in my heart and thoughts as we ring in the new year. Here's to a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous 2005 for all of us! Hugs! Neil

The Proctors Theater in Schenectady, NY.
The Proctors is an old vaudeville house.
Top of the Old New York State Legislature Building.
The roof of the building isn't white. That's snow.
Jay Street - Schenectady. The city is trying to
bring back the downtown, one street at a time.
The view from my room in Sarasota.
The Van Wezel Theater designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. It's commonly
and affectionately called The Purple Cow.
Sunset in Sarasota on 12-30-04
The backdrop is real. This picture was
taken of me last night as the sun set.
